Booking & Payments
Advance booking is mandatory for all tours.
– A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your seat.
– Seats will only be reserved after payment. Until then, seats will not be held.
Advance Payment Policy:
– Non-refundable in general.
– If cancelled 2 weeks before the tour, a refund is possible after deducting 10% (min LKR.500.00 / max LKR.2,000.00).
– All tours operate according to our published schedule.
Tour Management & Communication
– A guide and usually an assistant will accompany each tour.
– Travelers must follow the guide’s instructions and the schedule to avoid delays or issues.
– We will contact you before the tour to confirm:
– Pickup point
– Group size
– Food preferences, etc.
– A WhatsApp group will be created for each tour — important updates and instructions will be shared here.
– If you’re joining with others:
– Please share tour details with them, or
– Give us their contact numbers so we can include them.
– We will communicate only with the person who made the booking.
– If you booked for others, you are responsible for informing them.
Pickup & Travel Instructions
– Live Location of the vehicle will be shared via WhatsApp when it departs.
– You will receive a call when the vehicle is near your pickup point.
– Note: The bus may not reach every street or home. Follow staff instructions if alternate pickup spots are given.
– Staff will follow a strict schedule — no delays or alterations.
– No custom route changes or activity requests to ensure fairness.
– Be on time — delays affect the whole group.
Conduct & Prohibited Items
– No alcohol, smoking, or drugs allowed inside the bus or during travel.
– Use of substances at overnight stays must not disturb others.
– Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden.
– Your wake-up time will be informed the night before. Please be ready accordingly.
Pricing Policy
– Children under 5 years – Free
– Age 5 to 11.99 – 50% of full fare
– Age 12+ – Full fare
Note: Meals for small children may be charged separately in some tours.
Meals & Refreshments
– Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and tea will be provided at designated locations only.
– Any extra items are at your own expense.
– Drinking water is your responsibility.
– We will provide refill points during long tours..
Packing & Room Allocation
– Bring compact luggage only – no large suitcases.
– Room Types: Family / Triple / Double assigned by group size.
– Single rooms are available on request (extra charge, subject to availability).
– Room details will be shared before the tour.
– Room swaps are not allowed once assigned.
– We do not mix male/female travelers in shared rooms unless requested by family.
Safety, Belongings & Medical Info
– You’re responsible for your own belongings.
– Avoid valuables or large sums of cash.
– Pay any remaining dues in advance, preferably via online banking.
– A Google Form will be shared to collect:
– Emergency contacts
– Medical conditions
– In case of vehicle issues, our team will manage professionally. Your patience is appreciated.
– Don’t forget your regular medications.
– Toilet stops will be arranged twice during long trips.
– If urgently needed, inform staff.
